"The Strange Case of Professor Radium!", script by Bill Finger, pencils by Bob Kane, inks by Jerry Robinson and George Roussos (backgrounds); A scientist finds a way to use radium to bring the dead back to life, and he uses himself as a guinea pig; Although the experiments are successful, the Professor pays dearly for his discovery, for, in the end, as Batman says, it has created a Frankenstein monster. 2-page Chief Hot Foot story by Henry Boltinoff.
