In a very tense meeting, Curtis Metcalf (Hardware) meets with the President of the United States at the White House- we'll leave it to readers to decide which, if any, real life president is being depicted here. In the meeting the President commands Curtis to begin manufacturing the "Q juice" for use in the military despite his concerns and threatens him with "the opposite of a pardon" if he refuses to comply.
