from Django Unchained (2012 DC Vertigo) 6
2013
Another gruesome page from this harrowing scene as Stephen sticks Django with a hot poker to give him something to remember him by for his part in the events that led to the death of Calvin Candie. A great example of Floyd and Cowan's synergy as Floyd's embellishment perfectly captures and refines Cowan's iconic style. Printed pencils on comic art board. 11" X 17". NOTE: Portions of the inks, mainly in the solid black areas, are also printed in addition to the printed pencils.
