King Spawn #50 1:1000 Incentive Sketch by Todd McFarlane from King Spawn (2021 Image) 50A 2025 Part of the 1 for 1,000 retailer incentive for King Spawn #50, McFarlane celebrated the milestone issue by offering the rare chance at receiving one of his sketches to retailers able to hit the order goal. So many jumped at the chance that the incentive had to be opened up to other artists, making the McFarlane sketches even more rare than before. Even within the McFarlane sketches, most were head or bust shots making this piece with its 3/4 image of the undead icon bathed in shadow all the more desirable. Clearly defined in the image are the most iconic pieces of Spawn's brilliant design- his cape and the ever present chains, making this a perfect representation of McFarlane's creation. Also included is the certificate of authenticity issued alongside the sketch which would qualify it for a yellow Signature Series label from CGC if submitted by December 8th, 2025.
