Published by QNT Triumvirate (Mike O'Neal, David Tyson, and Garrett Everett), and edited by O'Neal. Features art by Klaus Janson, Ted White, John Cornell, and Dave Russell. Aside from the Janson back cover drawing of the Creeper, the highlight of the issue is a Barry Smith interview dated March 19, 1969. According to O'Neal, another interview was done by Gary Groth during the same meeting with Smith. Groth's interview was published in a double issue of "Fantastic Fanzine," #6/7. These two interviews may very well be Smith's first ever interviews.
