But goes downto defeat after a valiant effort! So now the path to the web-slinger's apartment is wide open for the Grim Hunter! Unless of course the enigmatic Kaine decides to block his way! The three-way battle among the Scarlet Spider, Kaine, and the Grim Hunter erupts on the streets of New York City! Ben Reilly falls first and can only watch as Kaine and Kraven's son trade powerful blows. The fighting temporarily halts after the Grim Hunter blasts Kaine with his energy spear. However later on in Central Park, the three combatants come together again! Where one man will walk away the winner. And another man will live to fight another day. But the third man... will bear the deadly mark of Kaine! Cameo appearances by Seward Trainer and Gregor.
