Commissar defeats them all except the Scarlet Witch who discovers and destroys the Commissar's control panel, ending him. Avengers roll call: Captain America, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, and the Scarlet Witch. Guest appearance by the Fantastic Four. Letter to the editor from writer Steve Utley.
