Capt. Biljo Comics was published during the Golden Age of comic book fanzines by William J. White, a prominent fan who frequently went by the nickname of Biljo White. Issue #1 features cover art by White, plus a strip-ed called "The Pestering Pilfering of the Purple Pig." 14 pgs. Ditto. Jan., 1968.
