To all of you at Lone Star--Thank you for making the process of selling my late husband's comic book collection so easy! I had gotten rid of a few of his more valuable comics six years ago when he died, but had put the rest in a closet and put off the process of evaluating and getting the rest of the books into the hands of new collectors. When the pandemic hit it seemed like a good time to dig into that closet, since I was pretty much having to stay home anyway. What could have been a very burdensome task turned into a relatively simple one. Your superlative website made it easy to make guesstimates of value without having to look up every book in Overstreet. My grading even improved a bit while going through the hundreds of books--your online information was very helpful there as well. Every conversation I had with your dedicated employees was helpful, though the instructions on the website made most phone calls unnecessary. You responded to emails immediately and never did I doubt I was dealing with the most honest, customer-oriented company in the comic book business! You truly went above and beyond, and I am so happy a friend recommended I contact you when I decided I couldn't put off the project any longer. I had dealt with another company on the original books I sold in 2014, and it had been a pain in the neck, at best! Thank you again for being there, and for being so professional and honest. Dealing with you turned a dreaded task into a very pleasurable experience. Best wishes for a happy holiday season, and for a much more "normal" new year.
