By complete chance I found your business/website and have been, and always will be, a loyal customer. I like the website, it is easy to navigate and the checkout is fine. I also have come to appreciate your auctions as of late. You should know that to fill some of my needs I had to order through two other companies. One was okay at best, but manageable. The other was the absolute worst online experience I have ever had. Their website was difficult to navigate and the information was not that great compared to yours. Plus, it took four weeks to receive a two-day shipping order that I placed for eight books. They have lost me as a customer and I will never use them again. I will always tell my friends about your business/website, because you are that much better than your competitors. I don't write feedback to many businesses, but I wholeheartedly believe your business is worth it.
