Hi, I don't know how often people take the time to compliment you guys but I'm going to do it right now. I've used your site for many years for filling in back issues occasionally and have always loved it. However, recently a friend of mine asked me if I've ever tried your Preorder Subscription service. I admitted I didn't even know it existed. Up until now, I've had nothing but bad experiences. My local comic dealer wouldn't give me a discount on preorders so I thought I had to resort to subscribing directly from the Marvel and DC websites. So for years now I've had to deal with comics not arriving, comics getting folded in half or severely damaged or DC/Marvel just omitting key issues from my subscription. Granted I was saving 40% off the cover price or whatever but still..I've been collecting comics for 40 years and like to take care of my comics and not have to deal with these headaches. So once I discovered your service it changed my comic collecting life. I'm soooo impressed with how well you package the comics every time I receive a shipment, they're always in pristine mint condition, I save 35% and it's so easy to pick and choose what I want in advance. I absolutely love it and just wanted to share with you how happy I am with your site and your subscription service.
