Just FYI...I simply LOVE this new buying window system. I am a disabled combat vet and have around 80,000 comics. A 2 week window and the inherent want list changes make it a lot harder to put my sell-to-you transactions together. Just thought I'd chime in and let you know that this makes it soooo much easier.

I'm 26 now and have loved comics ever since I picked up an issue of Amazing Spider-man when I was 12. When I buy comics it is usually at a local shop. When I miss an issue, it takes forever for the shop to get it delivered by their supplier. I have found it much more effective to wait for the issue to show up here in order to buy it. Keep up the good work.

I just want to state quite plainly how impressed I was, (and still am, truth be told) by the entirety of the ordering process. Checking the mail to find that a book I'd been searching for over a month had arrived was a bonus in itself. Seeing that it had been shipped in a box and not the expected bubble-lined mailer, with maybe a cardboard sheet to keep it stiff, definitely added a 'Wow!' factor to my day. I imagine reading someone gushing over choice of packaging material sounds a little odd, but seeing a book, one that would hardly be considered a collector's item at that, be shipped in a box that could easily hold another five or six copies and packaged in a way to ensure that it would not shift or receive damage within the box was quite astounding to me. More so in fact, as I am familiar with the shipping processes of most major book retailers, which aren't nearly as... well, caring as this. In short, I can see that your company takes note of the little things when it counts, and thanks to that I'll certainly be recommending this place to any friend having a little trouble tracking down what they are after.
