Still going through boxes pulling stuff, concentrating on high value or keys. As you can see, I do want to get value for the issues and not just dump them or sell them cheap, so I think consignment is the way to go. I actually had quite a few comics on consignment with you way back in the 1980s, back before the internet, when you would just display them on the walls of your Arlington store! Always did really well with those. I feel the high profile of your store online will help out a lot. It's time to get some of this stuff out of the boxes and out to people who will enjoy and appreciate them. And I'll make some money at the same time!

I found myself in South Arlington today for lunch and made a trip to Lone Store Comic store #5. I just wanted to take a moment and tell you what a great experience I had. The store looked great first of all; secondly, I was greeted by staff member Mike Hall and did my shopping for the week. Once I got to the counter, Mike was the staffer there at the register as well. He asked if I found everything, which I did. He was very helpful, cheerful, and informative. Specifically about the indy books that I bought, and also with his overall comic knowledge, which made for an outstanding experience. I just wanted to take a moment and let you know this. I know that so very few times good staff members get the praise that they deserve. Mike did an amazing job and the store looks awesome.
