Since I first used mycomicshop.com some years back to fill the gaps in my collection, I have been using your subscription service. Even though we have a local comic shop here on the other side of the world (Australia), I have found that ordering through you folks has been a much more pleasurable experience. The quality of the merchandise, the service (even though we never talk face to face), and the pricing have been excellent. And it is in this regard that I have decided to drop you a line. As a small business owner myself, I realize that when staff do a great job it should be mentioned to their employers so that they realize how much their clients value that extra touch. This is not the first time in which she has answered my questions via email, always promptly. As managers, the main customer/client feedback we get is usually in a negative tone - complaints about service or product.
