I found myself in South Arlington today for lunch and made a trip to Lone Store Comic store #5. I just wanted to take a moment and tell you what a great experience I had. The store looked great first of all; secondly, I was greeted by staff member Mike Hall and did my shopping for the week. Once I got to the counter, Mike was the staffer there at the register as well. He asked if I found everything, which I did. He was very helpful, cheerful, and informative. Specifically about the indy books that I bought, and also with his overall comic knowledge, which made for an outstanding experience. I just wanted to take a moment and let you know this. I know that so very few times good staff members get the praise that they deserve. Mike did an amazing job and the store looks awesome. So, thank you and the staff for making my “New Comic Day” most enjoyable this week. All my best!
