My last order got lost by USPS for about 4 days at their regional hub. The box had been beat up pretty badly, but everything inside was fine. Before it arrived, I asked Copilot for procedures on filing a lost mail report. The package arrived the same day I was going to file the report. Copilot actually said everything would be fine because of MyComicShop's excellent packing and customer service. That's a pretty strong reputation. This is a great online store!
