I am really glad that you now offer the 10-pt. grading range. I have done business with you before and I have been satisfied with your grading as you are fair in your grading. But now, with the more detailed grades, I feel that you are being more fair, as there are now 20 grades whereas before there were only 7. I think this is great for anyone doing business with you.
