I'll admit that initially, since all the books I sent in were not all graded in the condition I thought they might have been, I was a little perturbed, so I requested a couple sent back so I could take another look, and sure enough, upon a more intensive review, I could see that I was a little lax in my grading standards. Thank you for taking the time to explain the full situation to me. I obviously DO like what your company offers or I wouldn't be spending so much of my money with you.
