I had ordered these comics back in early January, expecting them to arrive in a reasonable shipping time (customs included). When they had not arrived by March, I wrote a concerned email questioning the status of my order. Your customer service was very receptive, sending me a second shipment to replace the first one I thought lost. However, a few days before it arrived, I had discovered my first shipment had not been lost at all, but had been signed for by a neighbor, who had forgotten to tell me of the package. I am returning the (unopened) second shipment to you. I also must thank you. Hello. A while back, I e-mailed you guys about a mistake made in one of my orders, and I was a little harsh with the e-mail I sent. Nonetheless, you responded right away, and I received a replacement issue of one of the expensive comics I ordered, no questions asked. Quite frankly, you guys are the best comic shop on the Internet, and I've felt bad about getting mad ever since it happened. I always order from you guys, and the one time you made a mistake, I got angry. I apologize for that because there is nobody better on the net than you guys! In the past, I have bought from both you and your competitor, and it seems that your competitor screws up on my orders one out of two times, and just recently, I e-mailed them about some of the mistakes they made (and I was pretty nice about it), and in return, I received a very rude e-mail. Since then, I e-mailed them and told them to take me off any of their lists, and I would never do business with them again. After that, it seemed as if a few e-mails came my way asking what they could do to make it up to me, and the best response would be, "Go away because you guys are nowhere near as cool as Mycomicshop/Lonestar Comics!" So in conclusion, I'll finally wrap things up by saying sorry again for the one time I was upset, and thank you for being the best place on the web to buy comics from! YOU GUYS RULE!
