I recently received my big Booksgiving shipment that I've been ordering every year. I've come to realize that I'm a bit spoiled. I'm a customer currently residing outside the United States and have been ordering from you for quite a while now. Not only am I able to order pretty much anything I'm looking for at the time (and my interests vary and are all over the place from month to month), but everything is packaged incredibly well, shipped on time, and all my orders have reached me safe and sound in the Netherlands. And that's quite an achievement. So thank you. It's an incredible operation that you are running over there, and it seems like you have incredible employees who can deal with so many requests of all shapes and sizes.
