Hi, just wanted to let you know that my amazing Spider-Man 3 arrived today. I know I was concerned about the length of time it was taking to get here as I was worried about damage to the book due to being in transit for so long. Well, after opening the parcel I now know I had nothing to worry about because of your excellent packaging with a slab box in a box and then in another box with superb packing all round. If this is how you always pack your books I'll be fine with them taking as long as they take, safe in the knowledge they will arrive in the condition you sent them. I am really pleased with my book.
