So he goes to Miss Tic the Mystic for help who hypnotizes the Madballs into obeying Dr. Frankenbeans in "Dr Frankenbeans Returns." Issue also has "Meet Weirdbeard the Pirate" in which Weirdbeard snatches the kids to be his pirate crew and it's the Madballs to the rescue. Scripts by Michael Gallagher and art by Howie Post & Roberta Edelman. Madballs Riddle Pages are featured in this issue. Cover price $0.75.
