Written by Will Pfeifer. Art by David Lopez & Alvaro Lopez. Cover by Adam Hughes. A new story begins - one that takes Catwoman out of the familiar confines of Gotham and straight into the heart of Metropolis! Holly is about to take the fall for the murder of Black Mask, and only a deal with the devil on Selina's part can save her. ? 32 pg, FC LONE STAR COMICS REVIEW BY REGIONAL MANAGER AARON SETTLE: If you haven't been following Catwoman recently you've missed a lot. Selina took some time away from being Catwoman and had a baby, who she named Helena (yes that was the name of Earth 2 Huntress, but the baby's father is not who you think), and left the mantle of Catwoman to filled by her friend Holly. But things don't go as planned and Holly found herself on the wrong end of a murder rap, a murder Selina committed to protect her friends from a deranged killer. Now, in Catwoman 63,Selina needs to make things right and the nature of the favor she needs keeps her from going to Batman or any of his allies, so instead she has to return to her more unsavory roots and ask a favor of one of her past associates. This is the first part of an adventure that takes Selina off of the streets of Gotham all the way to Metropolis. The series has had top notch writing as of late and the art of David Lopez (Fallen Angel) has been perfect for the book. IF you looking for a good jumping on point for Catwoman, this is it. Cover price $2.99.
