Each time we box up your newly arrived preorders to ship to you, your shipping cost will be charged based on the weight of the shipment.
With bag and board, most modern era comics can be shipped at about 5 comics per pound, although weights can vary based on paper stock used and number of pages. Most graphic novels and trade paperbacks weigh about 0.5 to 1.5 lbs, with a small number weighing 2 lbs or more. Most non-oversized hardcover books weigh 1 to 3 lbs. The box itself plus packing materials typically add around 0.5 to 1.0 lbs to the weight for small shipments, and around 1.0 to 2.0 lbs for large shipments.

If the products we are shipping to you weigh more than 20 lbs, they will be split up among multiple boxes each weighing no more than 20 lbs. We do this to save you money on shipping costs, because the shipping rates increase significantly for boxes weighing more than 20 lbs. For example, for a large order weighing 30 lbs, it would be much cheaper to ship it as two boxes weighing 15 lbs each than shipping it as a single box weighing 30 lbs.
