Smokey finds a goat, but it eats the cans from a case of tomato soup and leaves the soup. Smokey introduces the Chief to a hair tonic salesman. Smokey tries to carry a player piano to the fourth floor, but it ends up in the basement. Smokey and the Chief deal with firebug Arson Nick; The Chief tries to grow hair and settles for a toupee.
