The Sea Chase; Krazy builds a boat, but Ignatz steals it and holds up on a little island; Offissa Pupp pursues in a motorized speedboat, but finds that the island is not in his jurisdiction. The Mystery Rider; Krazy decides to become "the Mystery Rider, the phantom-type cowboy" and fight crime in Kokonino. Ignatz the Volunteer Fireman; Offissa Pupp gets caught in a tree while trying to dislodge its last leaf. The Ice Brick Machine; Ignatz promises to build Offissa Pupp a new room for his jail, but the bricks he uses to build it are made of ice. All art by Dan Gormley.
