By the time they arrive, she has convinced herself that she's bored with Fred and will run off with Gary if he asks. Plus: "Love Story" written by Stan Lee with pencils by Carmine Infantino - Nurse Jane is called to attend to wealthy Curtis, injured during a polo match. He needs constant care if he is to walk again, but his fiancee Stella pays little attention to him. When the diagnosis is that Curtis won't be able to walk, Stella breaks up with him and criticises Jane. Curtis literally rises to her defense, standing up. He's cured! Jane and Curtis kiss. Doris can only hope Bob will change his mind, some day. And: "Too Many Loves" with art by Mike Sekowsky and Christopher Rule - Carol falls in love with a succession of men, each with a particular trait that attracts her, but none have everything she desires.
