Volume 8 -1st printing. "July 1961-January 1962!" Collects Strange Suspense Stories (1952-1965 Fawcett/Charlton) #53-57. Cover by Charles Nicholas and Dick Giordano. "Charlton Comics Gives You More!" and Strange Suspense Stories certainly gave you more of the huge roster of creative talents at their disposal, including Bill Molno, Charles Nicholas, Rocco Mastroserio. And of course Steve Ditko whose moody, individualistic touch came to dominate Charlton's supernatural titles and was at his best in this run of Strange Suspense Stories.
