Casper usually doesn't scare people on purpose, but he makes an exception for a bully. In a three-part story, Pulpy, a boy made of paper, visits the Enchanted Forest. Casper has to keep him out of danger until he can get back to his paper parents, but that's a big job. Pearl's cousin Smirky visits and gets Spooky in trouble, while pretending to be innocent.
