Designed and drawn by Archie Comics veterans, including Jughead's Samm Schwartz, Tippy is Tower's entry into the world of timeless teen comedy. Tommy's in trouble after he accidentally gives Tippy his Christmas gift for Peggy, and tries to get it back before she sees it. Tommy loses his cool when he sees Tippy being wooed by silver-tongued poet Oliver. In a bid to attract more teen readers, no doubt, the issue (and cover) feature photo stills of popular music groups of the time: Paul Revere and the Raiders, The Dave Clark Five and The Monkees. Plus reader-submitted fashion designs and advice for teens on fashion, dating and parties, some hilariously dated.
