"Taken For A Ride!", art by Bill Draut; Young engineer Bill dates Edith, but her expensive tastes strain his meager salary; He spends all of his savings and even takes out a loan; Hes fired when his boss finds out, and Edith dumps him; Bill gets a manual labor job and is befriended by diner waitress Betty.
