March 24, 1928. Illustrated Chips was a weekly newspaper of comics and stories. Its most popular feature was "Weary Willie and Tired Tim, the World Famous Tramps." 10.75 in. x 14.75 in.; black and white; 8 pages. Published in London by newspaper magnate Alfred Harmsworth, it ran from 1890 to 1953. (See also "The Butterfly.")
