Promotional educational brochure published by Harvey Comics for the Comics Magazine Association of America and distributed to comic book publishers, covering the innovative new color coding technique about to be implemented in the industry. The inside of the brochure explains the advantages of using the system, the one-inch color coded stripe being added to the top of every page of a comic magazine, and how the process works to simplify rotating comic stock magazine. The backside provides a handy sample calendar for publishers. The front cover features the top stars of the major comic book publishers, Superman, Archie, Casper, Dennis the Menace, Spider-Man, and Bugs Bunny. 6 3/4" x 10 1/4", primarily b&w/text interior, 4 pages.
