"Oh Say Does That Star Spangled Banner Yet Wave?" An artifact of its time. Inspired by the recent (1973) amendment lowering the U.S. voting age to 18, writer Joe Simon, the legendary creator of Captain America, imagines the first teen-aged president. Full of hilariously off-key renderings of the 60s-70s youth culture. 36 pages. Cover price $0.20.
