This issue features "The Psychic-Blood-Hound," (Art by Jack Kirby), a tale of man who by simple contact can get visual flashes of events that involve the subject, and "Diary of a Dead Woman," (Script by Mike Friedrich & art by Jose Delbo), in which a woman who lives a miserable existence in her home finds solace with a mysterious man in a mansion. Issue also has "Reincarnation: Fact or Fancy? The Strange Story of Devi" text feature. Cover price changes to 20 cents. Cover price $0.20.
