    Comic book version of a short-lived 1971 syndicated TV series produced by Ivan Tors (who also produced "Sea Hunt" and "Flipper") about global underwater troubleshooter Carter Primus, played by Robert Brown. In this issue, Primus battles crooks intent on getting his Deep Detection Device for locating oil deposits beneath the ocean floor in "The Deadly Pay-Off" and helps protect an international ballerina in "Into the Darkness."
