November 11, 2007. The Comic Art Professional Society (CAPS) was founded on June 9, 1977 through the efforts of cartoonists Sergio Aragonès and Don Rico, and writer Mark Evanier. The newsletters are printed and distributed to members only and are therefore very rare. This issue is a tribute to Stan Lee, winner of the 2007 Sergio Award for lifetime achievement. 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", 36 pages, B&W.
