"From Riches to Rags"; After dressing in rags for a "rags and tatters" party, Richie receives a bump on the head and forgets who he is. "The Luck of the Riches"; Stricken with amnesia, Richie executes several business deals, parlaying money he has won in a door prize into a handsome sum. "Richie Rich and Black Lightning"; Richie prepares his new horse, Black Lighting, for the Richboro Steeplechase. "Advice for Reggie"; Reggie decides he wants to woo Gloria, and asks Richie's advice on how to win over a girl, not telling Richie in whom he is interested. "A Weighty Matter"; Lotta's father and his doctor conspire to make Lotta think she has gained thirty pounds, prompting her to go on a crash diet and avoid food.
