The comic-strip adventures of aspiring model Fritzi Ritz and her boyfriend, the bumbling Phil Fumble. Fritzi was later known as "Aunt Fritzi" in the Nancy comic strip. Fritzi wants Phil to be the target for a game of "William Tell." After Phil insults hypnotist Professor Svengoo, Svengoo makes Phil think he's a goldfish.
