A con man hires a killer as his new partner - but first he must get rid of the old partner. An elderly shut-in plans to kill his neighbor to get his spot by the window. A man becomes a vicious thug after his brother is killed by cops during a robbery. Art from this issue is featured in Dr. Fredric Wertham's 1954 anti-comics classic Seduction of the Innocent, illustration #14, with the caption, "Treating police contemptuously is a comic-book commonplace."
