Kiefer, Ken Fitch, John Lindermayer, Rafael Astarita, and Bob McCay (credited as Winsor McCay, Jr.). An early comics anthology published by Harry Chesler, one of the pioneering publishers and packagers of comics books. Sailor Riggin Bill must save his crew from the Wild Wimmen. Historical and educational strips, including a comics biography of Napoleon Bonaparte, sketches of characters from Dickens' Martin Chuzzlewit, and the adventures of King Arthur. Short comedy strips, sometimes just one panel, with titles like Jingle Jingle and Animal Crackers.
