Deputy Dawg meets Mischa Mouse, whose strange accent and attitudes suggest he's from another country, or possibly another planet. Silly Sidney the elephant tries to get some of the other jungle animals to play games with him, but they're all busy doing jungle things. Dinky Duck wants to be a rock & roll singer, so his fairy godmother grants him the ability to sing like that famous rock star, Melvis Pestley.
