"The Killer Who Loved Flowers" with pencils by John Severin - Carlisle starts a gang war with Whiting which ends when Whiting sends him a bouquet with dynamite inside. However, the rare flowers in the bouquet lead the police to Whiting's flower shop and they quickly recognize him as a bootlegger. Plus: "The Man Who Lost Himself" - After a car accident, Lester forgets the previous six years of his life and learns his family had given him up for dead. Louie tries to make Lester aid him in a robbery, claiming Lester is 'Larry Hunter', a criminal, but Lester eventually learns he was living as 'Bob Tinker', a machinist. Lester turns Louie's gang over to the police and Louie admits Kenneth told them about Lester's amnesia. Kenneth is arrested as well. Also: "He Was Worth More Dead Than Alive!" - Henri has Dr. Richelieu smuggle diamonds inside of Giavanni's teeth but when Giavanni arrives in the USA he's hit by a car and killed. Dr. Dubourg steals the body from the morgue but Inspector Brown follows the trail to Dubourg's office and catches him trying to remove the diamonds from the corpse's mouth. And: "The Fixer" with art by Pierce Rice and Chu F. Hing - Chuck starts fixing games by threatening players but when he threatens Marlow and Bruiser they resist him and fight back until the police arrive and arrest Chuck with his gang. Plus: "He Returned from a Living Grave" with art by Mike Becker and Vince Alascia - Loupien uses false testimony to have Pierre imprisoned so he can have Marguerite. In prison, Pierre gets a treasure map from Andre and upon his release becomes immensely wealthy. Pierre arranges the deaths of Loupien and his allies and is reunited with Marguerite. Issue also includes 2-page text story "Guns Bark for Hank," and 1-page Wanted by the F.B.I. public service announcement. 48 pages, full color. Cover price $0.10.
