Being a photographer means trying to capture the perfect moment, but also one has to contend with other kinds of challenges - a young, mysterious murder witness to fall head over heels for, a government conspiracy trying to cover the murder up, a pair of middle class hitmen, a stereotypical hotdog vendor, a gang of teenage gothic wannabes, a doctor of sorts that likes to hypnotize people for no clear reason, and a monkey that chain smokes (although he is trying to quit).
