Commissar defeats them all except the Scarlet Witch who discovers and destroys the Commissar's control panel, ending him. Avengers Roll Call: Captain America, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, and the Scarlet Witch. Appearance by Edwin Jarvis. Villains: Major Hoy and the Communists oppressors of Sin Cong (first and only appearance). Cameo by Nick Fury. Letter to the editor from Ted White (the writer?).
