    1st Printing. Batman matches wits with his arch nemesis The Joker in this critically acclaimed, prestige format one-shot. He also laughs at one of his jokes. The book is infamous for the scene in which The Joker shoots and cripples Barbara Gordon, effectively ending her crime fighting career as Batgirl.
