This chapter's title page sees Electro and Vulture at the torch of the Statue of Liberty, doing battle with foes in hovercars! Preliminary sketch measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" and is pencil and ink on paper. Final illustration measures 7" x 7" and is pencil on art board. Both pieces are affixed to a large sheet of paper that measures 11" x 17". B&W.
