Original Art Pages from the Flipper Coloring Book (1965 Whitman) by Dan Spiegel

A unique set of 10 pages of original art by industry legend Dan Spiegel. Spiegel was well acquainted with adapting TV into line art having worked on such comics as Rex Allen, Dale Evans, Spin and Marty, The Mickey Mouse Club, Maverick, The Rifleman, and countless others! These pages feature a nice look at the cast and setting of the iconic show- including a great hero shot of Flipper receiving a reward for all of his hard work. Included pages are numbers 44, 45, 54, 55, 78, 79, 82, 83, 124, and 125. Also included is a copy of the original coloring book. Art done in pencil and ink on art board, each glued to a larger sheet with the caption stat added below. Art measures ~9 1/4" x 7 1/4", full pages measure ~9 1/4" x 12", B&W.
