    With a Kobra terrorist loose with a fission bomb, Spoiler chases down leads in Gotham- but what she doesn't know is that the terrorist isn't even in Gotahm! He's outside of Vegas and Batman has already sent Metamorpho to stop him as we see on this page. An excellent showcase for Floyd's inking as well as the underutilized elemental hero!
