However, Peter's counseling session is cut short when Matt Murdock detects the Owl's helicopter close by! Daredevil quickly swings into action to tackle the Owl's henchmen, but Spidey is already mixing it up with them! Eventually both the Man Without Fear and the wall-crawler pursue the helicopter to the Owl's new aerie in New Jersey, where the final showdown takes place!
